US Angels share their experiences with London's Angels on Independence Day at an Early Exits Workshop

John May, an experienced U.S business angel, has delivered a workshop on Early Exits as part of the Angels in the City Programme in the City of London. The workshop which was supported by the City of London Corporation in conjunction with London Business Angels, enabled new investors to learn about the effective techniques developed for investors in start-up and early stage businesses to build and exit companies in say three years without the need for extensive funding rounds requiring high levels of follow on investment.

£490k LBA investment cornerstones Lumejet’s £1.87m funding round led by Paul Anson of Qi3 Accelerator

Early stage Coventry based high quality imaging technology specialist, Lumejet, has secured £1.87m in a second funding round which was cornerstoned by a £490k investment by LBA investors including £90k from the LBA EIS Roundtable Syndicate Fund 2012.
