BBAA Associate Membership
As well as our membership of Angel Networks and VC Funds, the BBAA also has a growing membership of professional service providers; organisations other than Business Angel Groups who have evident interest in the business angel and SME investment market. Our Associate members include corporate financiers, academics, solicitors, accountants, advisors, and other relevant professionals and intermediaries. BBAA welcomes further organisations to join as professional service provider members.

As an Associate Member, you would be given the opportunity to promote your business by creating a profile of your company which would appear on the fully public and searchable online BBAA Member Directory. Members may publicise deals done, events and contribute guest articles to BBAA’s respected and widely read industry newsletter, increasing industry recognition of your work. Wider Representation.
Through our high level connections with Government and Whitehall as well as other industry associations, the BBAA represents our members’ views and interests to government on key issues relevant to the early stage market. The BBAA is well positioned to ensure that the voice of early stage industry is heard and acted upon. Our discussions carry ever greater weight as our community continues to grow. BBAA is also a founding member of the European Business Angels Network (EBAN), and World Business Angels Association (WBAA), representing the interests of the angel community worldwide.
Cost of Membership
The cost of membership for professional service providers is £500+vat (£600) per year.
To become a BBAA Professional Service Provider the organisation applying must:
- Be actively supporting/advising investors in and/or SMEs in the UK;
- Have evidence of good standing;
- Complete the attached questionnaire; and
- Pay the annual subscription, as advised, to BBAA.
