MBM Commercial LLP merge with Stuart Malcolm LLP
MBM Commercial LLP and Stuart Malcolm LLP, specialist corporate and technology law firms, announce their merger with effect from 1 October. From this date, the combined practice will operate from Edinburgh and Oxford as MBM Commercial LLP.
The merged entity’s enlarged infrastructure and scalability will provide an enhanced and dynamic platform on which to build on their respective reputations as specialist legal advisers to the United Kingdom’s science, innovation and technology and media and communications sectors.
The merger creates a geographic and strategic presence in Edinburgh and Oxford, which are at the heart of two of the United Kingdom’s principal enterprise clusters and share a rich entrepreneurial spirit and international reputation for innovation.
