• 30.03.12: MBM Commercial acted on behalf of Funky Moves Ltd (an Interactive Sports Equipment business) for a £332k investment.
• 05.04.12: MBM Commercial acted on behalf of Albagaia Ltd (a waste water treatment systems business) for a £500k investment.
• 27.04.12: MBM Commercial acted on behalf of M-Squared Lasers Ltd (a laser products business for life sciences, defence, frontier science and oil and gas) for a £3.85m investment.
• 27.04.12: MBM Commercial acted on behalf of Tri Capital for a £150k investment into Sphinx Medical Ltd (a medial devices business).
• 28.04.12: MBM Commercial acted on behalf of Cloudsoft Corporation Ltd (a software business) for a £325k investment.
