Five companies recieve funding within the last six weeks from Central England Business Angels

Within the last six weeks Central England Business Angels has invested over £1M of Angel Private Equity into 5 companies. The investee companies included Digital Gaming, two manufacturing opportunities, a product distribution into the major retailers, and a University spin-out. Of these, the University Spin-out was an SEIS investment, the others qualified under EIS.

The investments spanned from £15,000 to £350K, and all investments were exclusively Angel money with no co-funds included.  Angels are aware that without their support new and emerging companies would not have the opportunity to grow and develop. It was particularly rewarding to introduce the Digital Gaming employees to the Investors. There were 5 young bright sparks, each with tremendous skills and ambitions, thanking the Angels for giving them the chance to realise their dreams.
