UK Business Incubation (UKBI) is recognised by UK Government as the lead body for business incubation and by practitioners and stakeholders as the driving force behind the future development and sustainability of incubation in the UK. UKBI is an independent, not-for-profit company with a mission to enhance the quality and quantity of incubation in the UK, brining wealth, employment and opportunity to local, regional and national economies across all communities. As the lead body, UKBI are uniquely placed to act as a catalyst for innovation and change, our independent status and role enable us to tackle issues and spread good practice for the benefit of the whole incubation community and its stakeholders, practitioners and client businesses. Consequently UKBI have worked in partnership with a range of national and regional organisations to successfully develop and enhance business creation and the supporting processes across a range of sectors and agendas.
