It aims to match, on a pari passu basis, investments made by private investors or business angels who may not have sufficient resources to wholly fund the business and where they wish to negate the risk.

Entrust is also the ‘Northern Satellite Office’ of the Seraphim Capital Fund, an angel led Enterprise Capital Fund providing equity in the range of £500,000 to £2m.
